Luke Winter has an automotive background, and has worked in the maintenance field for over 7 years. For several years he managed the maintenance portion of a growing rental property management company, then moved into commercial maintenance for one of the cities in Johnson county. During the four years with the city he grew a part time repair, maintenance & remodeling  business, which he went full time with near the beginning of 2011.
